Buddy of mine, couple years ago during a 4th of July pool party. He went to his garage to get more beer, and came back with this.... Makes me cringe every time.

I'm the same way.. I think it's cus we perceive it as something that is more likely to happen to ourselves than some of these other things. So, it's more realistic in a sense. I'll likely never gab myself in the neck with a tree branch but I'll be walking in some sandals, stupidly trip on a curb, and break my toe nail off lol.

I'm sure you could find someone in the mafia to do it for you for free, might have to pretend to be an undercover cop or a snitch for awhile though

I know the doc had a pretty cool little tool when they pulled the root out of my big toe nail, it kept growing on one side and kept getting ingrown so doc finally said screw it and pulled the root out of that side, now it just grows straight out, the side has stayed exactly the same since he cut it out 3 years ago.

My friend scoped (bruised his eye with the scope) himself with an air rifle in his back yard. I'll ask if I can post the picture he sent me. If I did that I wouldn't tell anyone.

I forgot about this thread but yesterday my family was together and this came up. My Aunt and Mom have the pics. It's the wound from the blow. It was a brand new Fiskars Hatchett, sharp as shit. Cracked my bone and cut my tendon in half. I will text her for them tomorrow. Totally freaked my wife out when she saw it, haha. It was the day before my birthday too.

I bet it does! This is a pic from my broken heel ten years ago. One plate and seven massive screws. Hurt every day for years. I complained so much that they took the plate/screws out about five years later. Now I take a anti inflammitory called Meloxicam daily and dont notice it that much. Last Saturday I put trusses up on a garage my Mom was building and it was all good. Miracle to me that after years of aching that it can be almost gone.

I just texted the Mom about my hatchett in the shin pics that I lost (other leg, haha)Boken Heel.jpg

about 2 years ago working on site, someone jacked up the blade of a table saw full height. I was too impatient to lower the blade, made my cuts no problem. Made some notes on a clipboard and reached across the saw to pick up the pieces I just cut and felt and heard "BANG"- knew right away what I did and just grabbed my thumb and squeezed tight. This picture was taken a few days later changing the dressing. Every day I tell myself how lucky I was and still have full use on my right hand. 2015 Winter Wonderland Dance 056.jpg
