    That is what I am doing today. Thought about hitting legs again but I'll do them again tomorrow instead. My tooth isn't bothering me at all, not even swollen. I must be some sort of super human :notsure:

    Found a coupon for bulksupps...SAVE6 (6% off...). I've got my order ready to go. Will be $60 for 250 servings. I don't think you can beat that anywhere for the exact ingredients I am getting. bartscottcan'twait.gif

    Arnold did deadlifts on leg day. I do deadlifts to work on my hams more than my lower back. Seems to be working....if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    I think it depends on what kind of deads we are talking about. Straight leg is lower back. I do deads like I'm picking up a box. Gotta use the legs or you're going to blow something out. Back day I'll do back extensions (sometimes) but usually that day is pull ups, pull downs, and rows

    The exact same could be said for deads on leg day, see: deads on leg day! So much more than legs getting worked...

    Ya, for me, straight leg (Romanian) hits the hamstrings and converntional deads are for more of a hamstring/back combo.

    At the end of the day, I don't think it matters what day you do deads on, so long as you do them. I've been doing deads on leg day for 7 years and my #'s continue to rise, so I'm going to keep doing that way.

    I'm doing leg day #2 today, which means deads. Going to take my chalk and try and go heavy for a few reps then go back down for some working reps :muscleflexing:

    Went to bed at like 9 last night...I was exhausted from staying up the night before watching the election crap. Alarm went off at 5:30....woke up at 7 :anonymous: Gonna have to go Sunday now :bananadead:

    This is why I usually have 3 alarms . First one goes off at 6, 2nd one goes off at 615, then finally one at 630 and that's when I officially get up lol. My wife hates it.

    I got up to turn my alarm off (I keep my phone across the room), but I just wasn't feeling it...gonna have to crap 4 workouts into 3 days now: chest/tris, legs/shoulders, back/bis

    I've had that happen to me a few times where I just "don't feel like it". I know better now because usually by mid day I'm feeling a lot of ragrets and at the end of the day I'm like. . .

    That's what I hate about this semester. The first day of the week I'm able to go to the gym is Wed, but by then I already feel like a lard-ass. Next semester, I'm only going to school Mon and Thurs, so it'll be a shit-ton better.
