After it rusts enough it should start leaking.

It looks like when it was tightened the coating was violated and now has rusted. Not sure I'd really worry about the fitting itself beginning to leak.
My 2013 Ram rusted so badly under the hood it looked 20yrs old. Even underneath at 10,000 miles you'd think it had 100k on it.

    Good quality.

The rest of his engine probably came off with the dipstick!!!

I would point it out at your next service interval. While I doubt it's more than superficial if you can get them to replace it than you should. But given that it looks like you could eat off the rest of the engine bay, they shouldn't give you to much shit. If they won't replace I say that you fluid film and crack a beer as the others suggest.

Stopped using resi's when they found out they didn't rust at the same rate as the frames. Consistency in a product is important to the marketing team. :D

    None...yet
Don't think it'll cause a leak for about 5 dozen years. Just look shitty. Looks like surface rust. As someone said before, like they broke the paint coating at assembly.

By the time it could cause a leak (if it ever does), you should be on your third or fourth vehicle...
