    the only thing people dont seem to like about the Bel-Rey is the residue from the graphite in it, but I agree its a better product than the TriFlow. There is TriFlow in rattle can version too

    Residue is easily wiped and it still works way better than TriFlow. Ive used both the rattle can and drip bottle for triflow. Hands down the Bel last the longest and works the best out here in our weather. The only thing i wish they'd have is a straw attachment or a tighter cone on the tip.

    Does anyone know off the top of their head what size punch I can use to adjust King 2.5's? I don't have the shocks in hand quite yet to measure.

    1/4" comes to mind. Not sure I ever measured the tip of my adjuster wrench though.

    I believe its a 3/8 but save yourself the headache and get an appropriate sized spanner

    I turned down a piece of stainless round stock in my lathe, but I haven't found the time to cut the old pieces out and weld the new ones in.

    Ultimately, the smart move is to purchase the correct new style King tool. Using a spanner wrench on our trucks while the CO is installed is just nearly pointless / impossible whereas the King tool fits perfectly so you won't round out the holes and you can get a 1/3 turn of the collar and easily adjust while on the truck.

    Are you talking about the T handle tool? I was thinking I could just make one if the end of the icon spanner doesn't work but wanted to know what size the holes are on the adjuster rings. I was under the impression that the resi hose on the kings makes adjustment hard using a traditional spanner wrench. The coilovers are coming tomorrow so I can just measure myself.

    No, the correct tool to use on our trucks is the " coil nut adjuster pin wrench ". It is bomb proof hard steel, there is no way in hell it is going to bend or break.

    You're using the wrong tool amigo and they should not be hard to adjust without compressors. Just jack the truck up so it is at full droop ( don't forget that means disconnecting your limit straps too ) , spray a bit of lube on the threads and I easily turn the collar with one hand using that straight pin tool.

    thats what i did and it was still a gigantic pain. I ended up bending three punches, broke my spanner and the only thing that worked was a socket extension end and a sledge.
