    For sure, i had better comm on walkie-talkie channels than CB. Of course if had outside antenna that would probably help, but HAM worked without any external extension - so nothing to brake on tree limbs :)

    I wish I could attend this class but I'm busy this weekend. I'll have to keep checking that website to see when their next one is. Sidenote: hamstudy.org has practice tests that you can take online if you want to familiarize yourself with the material. Then you have the option of taking the license test without taking the class.

    Drill a new pin hole in the one you got. I welded another ball on the other side if my hitch for my work truck. drilled new holes for the pin and it works great

    Come up to my shop. I got you covered. we'll throw it on the drill press and have it done in a minute. a 5/8" drill bit is only like 6 bucks a Lowes tho hahaha
