We don't have a bucket but we make the people run about 50 yds outside to puke while we make fun of them mercilessly :D Crazy how the diet helps so much. I think the worst is when you go over your VO2 max. Effed myself up on a Fran wod

For once I was one of the first ones finished with a workout. It started with 21 pull ups which I did all straight in a row. I was quite proud of myself.

There was also an attractive girl there with some camel toe. Was not expecting that one. Had to do a double take to make sure I actually saw it right.

She was in the skills class after my WOD so it wasn't that. The work out today was fairly easy. 21-15-9 of pull ups, ball slams (45lb), and weighted sit ups (45lb)

Only the 21 I was able to get without stopping. The 15 and 9 needed a brief stopping. Those heavy ball slams took it out of me

The butterfly is definately tricky but like Muscle ups, practice practice and then practice some more. I used to get 3 good ones trying to go fast since you usually see the firebreathers knockin em out like that. Well the other day I was doing Every minute on the minute for 30min 5 Pullup 10 pushup and 15 squat. What I found was once I started fatiguing, I slowed down the pullups and practiced my form on butterflies and got them. So I gues slow and easy at first as with most things. Another thing I seem to notice, is when I am tired as F*CK, I use better form. Guess it's my subconscience keeping me in check and reminding me it's less work with better form. Nothing like having 185 float up to meet your chin lol

Awesome job on the PU's! Funny how much exercises set you up for a total failure. I was dead after the CF Football Complex Wod from a couple days ago. I swear, during that and Fran, 95# has never felt so damn heavy lol

Oh and as far as the form, it's a big kip like a MU. From there your head should be traveling away from the bar. Then as you start to pull up with your arms, pull yourself closer. Bring your feet behind you as you come down (make your body look like a "C" and as you get to full lockout swing you feet back through. Lather, rinse, repeat. Hope that helps!

We had fran yesterday, it was the worst work out ever. I was so dead going into it, 95 felt like 300. How many rounds did you get with the EMOTM 5,10,15?
