Nah, hardest part is making sure you've pulled all the bolts, but even then they are all those zinc plated bolts that are easy to see. You don't have to remove the steering column like evryone says, you can just loosen the two bolts holding it to the lateral support.

Plastidip the dash. Matte finish to reduce glare, easily taken off if needed.

I have actually considered dipping the hood. Sometimes the glare off that sucker is so bad.

I don't have one, I bet you'll at least find pics if you search for people messing with HVAC. It was a simple enough job that I didn't have any leftover bolts so using the Canadian measurment for time I'd say it was a 3 beer job.

Can you brush FF on? I know they recommend spraying, but I don't have a sprayer and I don't mind taking more time brushing. Also, can you apply it on top of an undercoating? I undercoated mine with KBS last Autum, so it's still got that on it (though coming off in spots), and I don't know if you can apply FF on top of that or if you have to scrape that off.

Looks great. I been looking at those wheels but by what the company says you can't air them up past 25 psi and not meant for any highway use.

The one I used came in the aerosol cans, no sprayer needed. As far as applying on top of an under coating, you can but I might soften the undercoating and weaken it. I'd try in a small easy to fix area first for like a week.

The aerosol cans were sufficient for the truck? I figured you'd need so many of them. But if I can use them, that'd be ideal. Easier than brushing, and due to aerosol, it atomizes it. How many cans did you use, and did you do the entire frame or just the rear?
Yeah it's a good idea to test it overtop of the undercoating before I go ham and ruin the entire thing lmao. Though fluid film should work just as well, I suppose. Either way, I like to test products first anyway.
