Bilsteins are set at 0 and they are OME 888s. Basically I can't go through bilstein for warranty because they changed their policy so I'm dealing with the company I bought from. They are confident that they can get me my money back on the one shock but why the hell did it go out? Bilstein says that anything off road voids warranty so who knows whether I'll see the money again.

I don't know, I would imagine they blew out because the shock wasn't connected so the coil was cycling fast as hell and probably over extended or something.

    Well, good luck...

And hi Lee . You live in NorCal?

Didn't realize you were 3rd gen til I saw 888s. You should post something funny or maybe some scantily clad lady pics. We tolerate @Porter707 but tend to be wary of 3rd gens

Lol. It's my first Toyota. I haven't had any issues with my third gen being gutless or dying in me. It's been a great truck until I threw this garbage lift on it.

The floor jack method would work great there

Touted uses bilstein struts. Still not a true coil over.

Trying but the lower control arm won't drop enough. I'm trying to figure out what it's hanging on right now. I've never had this much trouble lifting a truck before and I've done a few

All the ones I've looked up did. If it doesn't then its probably a good lift, I'm already over bilstein and I've only had them for a week
