    I can come very close to this however Katzkin does not offer that squared center insert pattern.... you could change that up to a perforated center OR maybe even the Carbon Fiber material that is offered??
    Logos on headrest would be exact and you could choose your choice of color for contrasting stitch.

    Katzkin offers a 3yr/36k mile warranty on their craftsmanship. I go through cars to quick to show you a 5 year wear. I believe like anything else if you clean/condition on a regular basis they should hold up well over the 5 year mark.
