Uhhhggg, ordered on the 20th still waiting on delivery info, I know its direct shipping from icon and there wait times are getting longer but would something about it being shipped, was old though it was estimated to ship this Monday And looks like that didn't happen. So still playing the waiting game.

 

May want to call Mike at ORW if you havent already. I know he was saying most of the initial orders had shipped. Mine got shipped to the wrong address and am just gonna be getting them on monday and I ordered after you.

 

I have to say I got lucky on the Icon group buy. I ordered online Sunday night and they shipped out Monday. I received them Wednesday. I do live in CA though. This was about 3 weeks ago or maybe a month.

 

Mike is the man! He made sure I got mine in record time!

 

Yah I called him last Thursday, he said he was hoping that Friday (the next day) or the following Monday so this week and nothing yet. Never got the email from orw saying that icon had shipped them yet so that's where I'm at. Not a huge deal but I'm over 3 weeks which was icons lead time 2-3 weeks when I ordered, and I was one of the first to get my order in here so figured I'd maybe see it sooner then some.

 

Call Mike. He will get you some info. I felt the same as you. We live in a world of instant gratification .

 

Give him another ring, he was super patient with me and all the calls i've made. Customer service is def top notch!

 

Is the code still good? I'm looking for new suspension. I was looking at kings but would prefer Icons. If someone could PM me the code and Mikes Info, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

 

Code went dead Nov. 4th. Supposedly ORW will have the same discount on Black Friday though.

Mike must be lurking hah, he sent me another email making sure I knew they were working on it and currently still in icon hands due to lead times. Like I said I'm not worried I know everyone's doing there part especially mike with some great customer service.

 

I ordered mine back then and Mike said they're still out another week. You're not alone waiting on icon.

 

I also know I went not off the shelf for my order, I went stage 6 front and rear with 700# springs so like I said I get the wait not worried, just antsy like anyone waiting on new toys after a lot of money being spent.

 

I got the exact same set up. Front bumper arrived yesterday, waiting on some armor. Old stock suspension won't handle it!

 

It is dead BUT they're supposed to run it again for black friday.
