Feeler: Custom made cup holders

Sorry you had to modify it to fit, I never took that into consideration for the ex cab models. I'll let him know so he can try and make it so you dont have to modify.

 

No worries, more added this information for future R&D and to help others. Definitely nice to have another cup holder/junk storage area.

What's sucks is you have to remove that extra cup holder just to remove that bottom trim piece behind it to gain access to the radio. But that shouldn't be to hard with 2 screws to remove.

 

hopefully mine gets here tomorrow, tracking number says it is but we all know how that goes.

 

Received mine today. Few things I noticed the screws that came with it seem a little to long. Especially for the shifter column. Guess I'll remove that piece of trim sometime this week and get back with you guys with some pictures.

 

Mine went in my 04 double cab with no problem. I checked first to make sure i wasn't going to screw through any wires. Seems to be really sturdy so far.

 

Got mine today also. Seems to be pretty sturdy just hanging on but will install screws when I get some shorter ones.

Yup, that's what I paid. Helps out on long trips for sure! Tried and tested to Big Bear yesterday.

 

Finally got time to installing mine. Tried to fit it just right to where you can remove the trim that's underneath the radio but at the same time have enough room to where the front seat can give enough room to back seat passengers or other items that go on the floor board.

FWIW these are definitely worth the price. I finally found the crummy in dash cup holder for $48 online and bought it... not at all as sturdy or accommodating as this one, but my truck is basic.

 

Already went from one truck to the other. Definitely nice to have extra cup holders (I use them for water bottles) and a place for your phone.
