It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
    Chris,

    Installation was straight forward.
    1. Loosen both hood bolts on one side
    2. Remove front hood bolt
    3. Attach front of bracket, and snug it down
    4. Remove back hood bolt
    5. Rotate bracket and put the bolt back in
    6. Tighten them both
    7. Repeat for other side
I'll likely need to wait till after dark to do some final alignment, But here are a few pics of the lights and brackets:

Very nice but a little advise.
If you would stay out of the dam ditch you wouldn't need to spend money on those things.
Just figured I'd point that out....:poking::poking::poking:

Great advice! The idea though is to use them to help with the staying out of the ditch part!

    A monumental success.
Last project is done for winter.
Gen box works as designed. Actually to good.
After my testing I put the back into position for storage while it was still running.
I could not hear it hardly. But then it started to crap out because of no air. Lol
So it is definately a sealed box..
So test results are as follows

    15 feet from house exposed
86 db to the side of the house.
74 db to the side of the house in the box.
Inside house by window looking at gen
    48 db
    In bedroom with door closed
    38 db
Sitting here in absolute silence ( for this house )
    38 db

So I can't get much better than that.
I may put a cheap thermometer in it to check the temp.
I could add a fan to it but will try it as is for now.
    Ye haaaaaaaaa

Well I started with the weekend off, but that changed. Somebody decided to run over one of the fresh water risers at the rv dump at one of the LTVA's. So, since I already have company on their way from San Diego, I went and loaded all the parts and pieces on my work truck so it'll be ready in the morning. An hour and 3/4 travel each way and a few hours of r&r and I pick up OT and weekend differential...plus 3 hours of the same for today.

Getting ready for the winged sprints tonight at Cocopah Speedway. Should be a good time.
