Nice set up. Curious about your 1in lift. Was it easy to install? Do you think its a good mod?

It's not that bad. You can really only hear it when you're traveling at highway speeds. I normally have some music playing so it's hardly noticeable.

I mounted it on top of the fuse box with a custom bracket. Slee Offroad also makes a custom mount, but I couldn't buy it because it would have gone where I installed my second battery

It was pretty easy to install, about half a day. I did it with the help of one other person. Anything you do to your vehicle should not void your warranty. If you run into any issues with your truck, Toyota would need to prove that the 1 inch lift caused the problem. I am no expert so please do your research and install at your own risk.

I'm curious about the CBI winch mount, first truck I've seen one on. Do you like it? How was the install, have to remove/cut anything? Could you post a few extra pictures of it as the picture on there website is pretty terrible.

The install was very easy and straight forward. They actually didn't send instructions so I called them and let me know I shouldn't need instructions (which I thought was odd). Once I took off the bumper I realized that it was indeed an easy install. You just remove the OEM bumper dampener and install the hidden winch mount onto the OEM bolts. They send additional support brackets that require you to temporarily remove the sway bar but I opted to not install the brackets. I called and they said that it was highly recommended I install the brackets if I am doing heavy winching (which I am not at the moment).

I really like how it came out and I think it's very low-key but very functional. I am using a (now "old") WARN VR 10000-S so I didn't need to remove and relocate the winch solenoid. Some of the new series of WARN winches have the solenoid located in the center of the winch so you'll need to remove it and relocate it because it will hit a bracket in the engine bay. I also got the wireless controller which is great but you can still access the winch with the hood open to release the spool manually if you needed to.
