I suppose here's you're excuse to buy an A7s lol. Still shitty circumstances though.

Who knows, it may turn up. There are a few good people left on earth.

Put it on top of the rtt to help my crippled dog into the trucks had to wrestle with him for a minute. Then took a piss. Jumped in the truck and pulled out onto the main road. I'm sure it fell there. However. It's a semi busy road. I passed 1 on coming van all 8-10 miles back to the highway.

Saw two moose, went bad ass! Grabbed for the camera...oh..fuck.

Pushed the limits of what little Igor could give me on the way back. Found nothing anywhere. Decided to try and chase after the van. Gave up after 10iah miles.

Dammit, makes me wish I had a HAM. You could've radio'd us ASAP and I could have mobbed back to the main road and helped search.

We would have been at Park Res about the time you probably realized it was missing. We didn't see a single person coming down either.

We ran into a Hummer H3 at the turn out right before Red Grade and asked if he'd seen anybody come down but he said he didn't see anybody. May have just missed them.

Ty said he remembered a couple vehicles hanging out there at the trailhead, a Yukon and a Pilot. But Lee also says he remember seeing both of those vehicles leave while we were chatting, so it's hard to say.

Yea no worries. But ham is good :D should get it anyways haha

The two vehicles that could have been there was that van I passed. And then when I was headed back to look I passed a old flat bed that looked like it had been cutting fire wood.

Hard to say really. Hopefully someone honest found it. But last time I lost a nice camera. The person who found it didn't want to return it. Was through other means we found he had it. Then he gave it up.

Why do you need a new rebel? Better yet...why bother with a rebel?

Nah just my bad habit of setting things on top of the RTT. Not the first time I've dropped something off it

Its okay, I killed a tablet by setting it on the windshield and drove and it fell off. I've lost countless beverages that have been set on my bumper.

What? No. Id never buy a rebel. Never owned one. Not about it. That would be a step backwards.

I go no where to be in a hurry with Frank.

Josh gave me his old front diff, his gernaded one, so now I have a core for ECGS.

Frank isn't getting fix period untill I have income, well, worthy income again. 2k is a lot.

    But photos. I need that.

A7s! I was just looking at Sony again. I'm getting tired of the 6D size... It's great for truck stuff since it's easier to pack around in a truck but it's been getting left at home recently for hikes and traveling on planes. Its too expensive of a camera to just throw around too, so it always has its own huge bag to keep it safe and I hate traveling with all kinds of shit.

Dang, that was your 60D Josh was posting about on facebook? Tough break.

Also Sony Mirrorless FTMFW. I can decide if ill be moving to the A7 or keeping with the A6000 another year and investing in some new lenses instead.

Dude an a7s with a nice lens is a 4-5k camera. That's way more expensive to throw around then your 6d haha

I shot an a7s II. Was amazing. With a Zeiss lens. Low light monster. 8000iso looked better then my 60d at 100 lol

Still. Not sure size and weight matter much at that level. With the lens it's still big and heavy. That's where the real weight comes from. Still be expensive no mater what.

Josh told me you where thinking of ditching the canon gear. Considering all you have I was surprised.

Still. Sweet camera for sure. Also expensive. Compared to your 6d its about 3x as expensive n even with a L lens.

    Yea sucks..

If your staying Sony. Glass would be a better investment right now.

The size between the camera makes a pretty big difference when getting it packed in a bag. Heck, if he went with primes, the body and lens combined can be smaller than the 60d body alone.

Ha no way I'm going for the 7. I was considering just the 6k or updated 6.5k. all in im wanting to be less than a k in gear. What do you mean considering all I have Canon? All I have is a 6d body with a 24-105 and a nifty 50... That's it. I sold my 60d and crop sensor stuff/lenses to my boss.

A Sony a6k would allow me to pick up a drone with the savings. Mavic pro or similar would be awesome
