Looks good! This has been on my back burner for awhile now. Mostly due to the conflicting reviews I hear about it. I'd hate to spend all that time and money on that project, only to not be able to tell any difference.

I've heard the main culprit is the rear, behind the seats. I'd start there as a way to see if you like the project and putting the deadener up.

Hey Dave! Ya i think we've talked about this before...I'm starting to think the negative reviews came from guys that didn't know what they were doing

Ya i believe in order of importance, the order goes back wall, doors, floor, then roof. Since my ditch lights are done, I guess this is the next project! :bikewhoops:

I mean I don't know how they installed it, brand, etc, but I do know I lost 20db of outside noise while driving. Tested on the same road, no traffic, same rate of acceleration. I also kept 10db of audio inside using the same song to test while sitting still with the engine off.

Do you have some sort of meter measuring this? That's pretty neat.

Just FYI, most of these materials help to control resonance when upgrading your audio. If you want true sound deadening, you need to go with a thicker MLV (mass loaded vinyl).

That said, I went with raammat. Great bang for the buck and worth the investment in time for 100% coverage. I just finished my project, if interested check it out here.
