Replaced the peeling weatherstripping on the drivers' side window, and replaced the small side mirrors with the large side mirrors of the 01-04(?)

:luvya: We really are limited and it does suck. Hopefully I can move west, it's sad that I need to drive 6 hours to be able to find trails and forest to explore and camp for free at.

:p Getting the wife to move away from the beach and into the mountains would be the real challenge. Till then I'll have to settle for cross country road trips.

It was a huge disappointment when I mined down here, I used to have drive far but at least I had access to public land where I could do what I wanted.

    Replaced my LBJ's tonight

It ended up being a 30 min. job....and could be done in much less time. I got everything separated with a BFH, about 6 solid whacks, no pullers needed. Both had been leaking grease and had substantial play...only a matter of time :help: I had to re use old bolts as the OEM parts I got hadn't included them :facepalm:contrary to what I heard others on here say. Next time I swing by a dealership, I'll pick some up and replace them one at a time... or forget completely

I'll lay off the ball joint kick now...:deadhorse:

Steak and lobster we have a deal. If you tell me what parts to buy, I will buy them. If you show me how to do one (teach a man to fish), I will treat you to steak/lobster dinner of your choice. I will do the rest .

I am not looking for free labor, rather learn how to do it :)

It is an eye sore on my car

No need to pay the stealership for them, you can get the same bolts from Mcmaster Carr for a quarter of the price, delivered to your door.

Where are you guys ordering from that they're stiffing you on bolts? They should be included, I've bought ball joints from several different dealerships and they always have the bolts with them, new castellated nuts and cotter pins too.
Yes those are the correct length and thread pitch.
