    I just bought a used 2016 off road. It had 32s and a lift. I'm not sure how big of lift. I'm guessing a 2.5" because it's the same height as a f150 but with more ground clearance. Anyways it has stock control arms and am debating on which to go with. Do the total chaos uniball last a while or does it need to be changed out every year since it doesn't have a grease point? Or should I save myself the headache and go with the SPC since this is my daily driver?

    all tore up already
    i know the total chaos name means higher quality, but what are your plans for the vehicle? havent seen many broken UCA, id imagine youd have to be hammering pretty hard to break one but i do know a uniball is stronger. what are your plans for the vehicle? why are you thinking about UCA if your truck is already lifted without em? the idea is you get em if you need them for alignment, but if your truck is already lifted and aligned... if buying for looks the TC UCA are prettier and say total chaos on them so theres that

    Get the spc, the uniballs start to pit, especially if you live by the sea or have salty roads and they make a terrible squeak. I change mine once a year or so.

    @Large thanks! I was afraid of the squeaking because I don't have much patience for squeaks.

    @brich999 I'm just a fan of tubular control arms. Plus I'm hoping they'll calm down a little of the wheel wander. My plans for the truck are to make it a solid off road truck without losing it's comfort of a daily driver, so I'm not allowing myself to go too crazy like going long travel. I've been known totorture test my vehicles from time to time.

    Why not Camburg UCA'S if you want tubular UCA'S
    Camburg has both uniball and Ball joint UCAS

    Uniball are more maintenance but you also get more travel
    Ball joints ucas don't give as much travel but it's still more than stock

    Doesn't sound like you even need UCAs.

    Save your money.

    I have the Total Chaos UCA's. They're nice because they're stainless rather than chrome lined so the uniballs hold up better. They do require a little more maintainence, I just grease the bushings up on occasion and also spray the uniball with the proper stuff if they start making noise. They do make a little noise but it doesn't bother me.

    Thanks everybody! I guess it's good I'm giving myself a few months to decide on what I'm going to go with. @TacoJova I just checked out camburg and it made my decision so much more harder. Haha!
    @dYL0n I finally realized it's a 2" spacer lift
