I think it's a pretty fair deal but id still try to offer them less for it. i personally dig the barcelona red. Also a bonus that its a five speed since it has a 4 cylinder and you can have better control over what you want it to do. Unless you tow frequently, or are someone who must drive fast, then you wont be disappointed with what the 2.7 offers. I have 206k on mine right now and the only thing major i've done is a starter, alternator, brakes, u joints, bearings and a clutch at 200k.
When looking this over before purchasing, i personally would:
Lug down the clutch in a higher gear than normal to see if the clutch slips (shouldnt with only 46k though)
Get under and check the frame for rust (even though this year isnt particularly prone to it)
Test drive it and make sure 4High and 4Low engage
Check rear leaf springs to see if you have 2+1 or 3+1 packs. (many with the 2+1s are eligible for a recall to get 3+1s)

    Edited to add:
Also you might look over the paint well and make sure there arent any spots on the hood or roof where the clear coat is starting to peel. I had this issue with my 09. But also, it says its a Base model, but those have black fender flares. This is an SR5 model

Looks a lot like mine, but with fewer miles. My personal view is that I won't own another red vehicle. The Arizona sun is very hard on the paint. I have no complaints about the mechanics, tho. I tow a boat and a utility trailer occasionally with no problems. I guess inflation is pretty steep. I paid about that for mine three or four years ago, with 28k miles.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Lots of appropriate detail for me to consider.

I have almost the same truck (08, <40k) and would hope to get about that much out of it if I were to sell it now. If it's nice and clean its not a terrible price. These things hold their value.

I was also worried about the 4 banger but I love it. Don't expect ridiculously great gas mileage just because it's a 4 cyl. I average about 20. Don't plan on hauling people in the back and don't plan to tow long distances. Only reason I would sell mine is because the wife can't drive the 5 speed.

    Too few to list.
Being in CA, I think it's great deal. That truck would go for at least $20K here. Being in MI, I'd inspect that frame real carefully for rust. If all is good, it doesn't hurt to try to buy it for less.
