    its pretty warm, I just ate it with crackers (not all of it cuz blockage and such) I think its mostly jalapenos, i'd say its just about where an extra hot wing would be on heat. its no XXX (no tears or snot flow, just enough to know your eating more than pepper jack)

    the cheese is really mild, almost reminiscent of those packs that came with pretzel sticks back in the day, but I wouldn't pack this in your kids lunch box
