I ordered one of the tankless water heaters linked in this thread. Next week I'll report how it works with this system.

Looking forward to the review! I have the Coleman water heater I'm gonna try to retrofit in so I can have normal water on hand all the time and then hook up the Coleman one if I'm camping and want hot water :D

I GOT HOT WATER! I ordered the Triton Water Heater and all I had to do to integrate it into this system was to unscrew the shower head from the on-board water output hose and screw the hose into the water heater. Two D batteries, propane, and that's all it takes. The water gets HOT being low pressure and all. There's still plenty of pressure at the water heater shower head though, even though the shower head is crap. I'll have to find an adapter to use the water heater shower hose with the on-board water shower nozzle that @ProForce includes with his kit. I got the heater in today and have only tested so far as to see that the thing worked and didn't leak. A real world camp review will have to come at a later date (possibly next week).

Awesome. let us know how field testing goes. I've heard some of those heaters are prone to pilot blowing out, so I'm particularly curious about your experience with that

60ish° water was hot within seconds.

Edit: with the temp setting all the way down.
