    Acording to Nick at Lowrange Offroad they are. I read the pack wrong due to the bump stop covering part of it but I verified before installing them to make sure that i put the correct one on each side

    The part #s i have are CS046RA (drivers) and CS046RB (passenger) . Ill post pics of the shackles, the truck is sitting on level ground right now. Each pack had 7 total leafs including both the overloads.

    That don't look right. Either the passinger side leaf pack is shorter (eye to eye) or it has more arch. Do you have a pic that shows the entire length of the leaf packs, including the shackles?

    The passenger side shackle looks more vertical where the driver side looks to be sitting at the correct angle for ride height. Maybe it is just the pic. Hard to tell for sure.

    See the entire length of the leaf will better show the arch.

    Oh ok make since. Could it be that the shackle is binding some how? Creating the added pressure on the leaf pack?

    Naw, doubt it. Did you grease the bushings during assembly and torque to spec with the weight of the vehicle on the ground?

    If the answer is yes to both of those questions, then I don't see how the shackle could possible be binding.

    Yes i used white lithium grease and torqued everything after the truck was back on the ground.

    What did ARB say? I would still just switch the springs. Just because they are both over spec (+) doesn't mean they are equal.

    They told me to email pictures so i did yesterday morning right after the opened. Still eaiting on an email back from them. He did say something definitely is not right over the phone but need to look at some pictures to say any more

    Just got off the phone with Eric in the tech department. It looks to be like a defective spring. They should be sending me a new one this week.

    I am curious though, could the drivers side spring be sagging and actually be the defective spring? Could a sagging spring on one side cause the other to bottom out like that??

    How much higher does the truck sit on each side? And a sagging spring paired with an over spec spring would make it worse because the stronger spring is working against the weak one, not sure if that's what you mean't though.
