I like to use the Fuelio app to verify milage. It tracks / logs your odometer and amount of fuel you purchase at the pump.

Same here. I hate driving my wife's runner. I keep telling her to let me at least ditch the running boards.

One of the state agencies in Cumberland has been having issues with their conference calling system so I'm seeing if we can provide a better solution for them

I'm upset with myself. After installing that hilux switch, my airbag light came on. Didn't go off. Go to drive off today and notice my hazard switch is on but the hazards weren't.

I forgot to plug the hazard switch in

You probably unplugged the airbag indicator with the key turned, that'll trigger the light. Disconnect your battery for 15 minutes it should go away.

I want to go back to renting. Go out into the garage to find a pipe leaking and soaked the wall. Cut the wall out and capped the pipe for a temp fix for the night.

    Don't do it! Haha

I bought a house in a whoville development. Slapped together, as fast as they can, as cheap as they can, no good.

If I had to do it again I'd buy an old home.

I built myself a brand new house. Looked all over and couldn't find exactly what I wanted, so I bought a piece of land and GC'd my house build. It was super stressful, but so worth it.

I wanted to do that but it's tough to do without having a good chunk of change already saved up. And finding affordable land is haaaaaaard.

Very true. I had barely saved up enough to make it happen. Money was definitely a big part of the stress. Construction loans are geared more towards companies, not individuals from what I've found. I actually enjoyed being the general contractor though. It would have been way less stressful if I was building with someone else's money.
