    Mountain lion killed yesterday in boyers (between franlin & butler) by coyote hunters. 160 lbs. game commision took it.

    The PA Game Commission has argued for years that Mountain Lions do not exist in PA. They were once indigenous to this area but were thought to be killed off. The same goes with Elk. The have been reintroducing Elk for a while now.

    The backwoods of PA is chock full of rednecks. It was probably done out of spite of the Game Commission. They have a "Believe it when I see it" mentality.

    Secondly, I would also be speculative of the picture as those types of pictures tend to "pop up" from time to time.
