Yeah might be less if your frame is really clean. I took my truck there before last winter and I think it was a little less. I got clear, didn't turn yellow or anything and my frame still looks new

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
I'm just going to do what I usually do. Scrape off any bad spots, scrub it with a wire brush, hit it with a coat of rust converter, then primer and last flat black paint. The week after I might hit it with Fluid film but I'm just gonna do it myself by cans. I figure 3 or 4 cans to do the frame. The body shows no signs of rot at all.

Goodyear does a similar program as well. I used to get a lot of them when I worked at a retail shop, actually. Probably 4-5 of them a week.

I use my tractor and it mows the leaves up into the bins, then dump the bins and go.

Oh yeah, good brake pads for the front? Asking for a friend..:) Wife has the OEM on her Rav4 and they squeak like a bitch

Might have something in the pads to make them squeak. I replaced my factories with factories and they are whisper quiet

I figured I'll just get em from AutoZone or something and new rotors. They started grinding last night..originals with 65K so no shock.

I've been happy with Duralast pads and rotors (autozone house brand)

My 120k mile Tacoma is still on the original brakes. And that's with thousands of miles towing my 2 place trailer. I'll be buying them again, probably soon.

Never really had an issue with them come to think of it. I usually get the mid level pads.

Having a manual and doing so much highway for work, I can't remember the last time I did a brake service on a car

I replaced the pads and rotors on my '10 in 2015, but only because the rotors were so rusty that they were starting to wear the pads incorrectly.
The dangers of not driving the truck all summer, I guess, lol.

Same here, I usually buy the mid-grade. I do not buy the long life pads because they are needlessly aggressive on the rotors.
I'm sure being an Asian driver helps also. You know, since you all drive 25 MPH everywhere.

Did you miss my post about the 120mph vibration on the bmw?

But I go through turn signal bulbs like it's everyone's business

    120k on a '13?

You have me beat! I'm just about to roll over 110k on my '11.

Did my pads and rotors at 80k and they probably could have made it to 100.
