I'VE BEEN THERE 3 TIMES NOW AND THEY FINALLY REPLACED A TIRE AND TOLD ME IT WAS ALL GREAT NOW. I HOP ON THE HIGHWAY A MY STEERING WHEEL STILL SHAKES AT ABOUT 60 MPG. ANY THOUGHTS THX.

Firstly, welcome to the forums. Secondly, if you could kindly disable your caps lock key so you don't appear to be yelling, that'd be great.

Thirdly, yep. I've had some balance issues with my KO2's as well. I got them from Discount Tire and it took four balances with the last two being road force balanced to get them about right. The first time I had 3/4 tires were out of round and they put the wrong ones on (E load instead of C). Then the last time it was 90% fine but still shakes a little around 70-75. After rotating and balancing again 5,000 miles later and again at 10,000 miles later they're perfectly in balance now. Go figure.

The key for me was to make sure they used a road force balancer and I stood by them while they did it and saw it come into spec once they got the weights right. Since then and after many miles it's been peachy. But I didn't think they'd get balanced during the first couple months I had them on. Luckily they did.

Shouldn't need to with good tires. I do them every day with a regular hunter balancer with no issues

Also the truck slightly pulls to the right. Is that a balance issue or something else? Thx

I had KO2s put on by the body shop that fixed my truck after the accident, and they have been just fine, even after being rotated. No balance issues here...

    So much capital letters!!

Pulling it typically inflation or alignment issues, not tyre balance.

That's normal. If you fall asleep or are not paying attention, you will go off the road or bump into another vehicle going the same direction.

You go to the left, you go off the road or hit another car and everyone dies.

Alignment or tire pressure. Although some vehicles are more affected by natural crowns in most roads for drainage...does it do it on perfectly flat surfaces like a parking lot?

My truck pulls right all the time. With Michelin LTX M/S2's, Cooper ST Maxx.... have had 3-4 alignments, rotated the tires, check tire pressures, etc. Still pulls right a bit. Crown on the road perhaps? Nope. I can drive on a one direction interstate that crowns in the center, be driving on the left half, and still have some pull to the right. Nothing major, but I can't let go of the wheel or I'll change lanes.

Have they given you a spec sheet after any of the alignments?

I also had to get 3 balances for my KO2s. The third I had them do a road force balance, but also make sure you ask how much weight needed to be added. During the road force one of the tires needed a ton of weight and was still weird.

Sometimes a good shop will do the warranty work to get that replaced for you if it has too much trouble balancing.

    So I'd think!

Yes. I actually had the shop re-align twice (for free) trying to troubleshoot. They even tried to intentionally offset a little to create some left drive. We rotated the tires, etc. Our roads to definitely have intentional crowns in them for winter weather. But the truck never is completely straight anywhere I drive. It's pronounced if I let of the wheel - but I only have to correct the steering wheel like 3-5 degrees at the most.

I think next alignment I'll just ask them to center it perfectly and I'll just deal with whatever that equates to. lol

I have been up to Montana a lot (family lives on Flathead lake). I would say you need a new alignment shop. This has no clue what they are doing
