My bad... I don't have to drive as far w/ my new job in Pittsburgh. My truck is actually sitting for 30 days since I've been temp. Relocated to Harrisburg. Get to use company truck instead.

@gilpinrobert Did you intend to install the visor upside down? Sorry not sure if you noticed or if anyone else pointed it out yet.

 

I feel ya. I work from home. My truck moves out of the garage 1-2 times a week.

 

Installed my sliders, finally!!!! Had to get some new Grade 8 bolts, nuts, and washers but it installed very easily with the help of a buddy.

 

Over the weekend I did the following.

Changed spark plugs - wasn't really needed but meh.
Cleaned air filter
Cleaned Throttle body (took it off and cleaned it real good)
Tuned my stereo a bit more with my O-Scope

 

Installed some Rigid lights on my CBI bed bars.

 

Not today but recently dropped off my new bumper from Brute Force Fab, to get powder coated. I can't wait to get this thing back and on the truck!

 

Helped installed lift on my buddy’s 2011 OR this past Saturday. Impressed with Head Strong Offroad’s assembly of the front struts, top hats were clocked correctly for an easy install.

Old stance - His new 265/75/16 Falken’s on 16x8 -10 Level 8 MK6 wheels were indeed too aggressive for stock suspension.









Parts – from Head Strong Offroad
-OME 885’s
-Bilstein 5100’s (0 perch)
-Head Strong ¼” top plate (driver side)
-Deaver AAL
-2.5* shim

Didn’t install
-Carrier drop
-Rear Brake line bracket







New stance





Will get it aligned shortly and confirm if the OEM UCA's will deem acceptable or not. He has reported it rides great and is pleased with the look.

Question to those out there with similar setups with the Deaver AAL... if we were to remove the overload, what amount of drop should we expect? He may want to get it to sit with less rake. - Thank you

Custom seat covers as in you had them made for you ? or, off the shelf somewhere ?

You might want to wait and give it time to settle.

When I had an AAL in, it was high for the first couple months, but then leveled out.
