What would the interest factor be for these? Same basic design and style as the 3.4L and 4.0L V6 mounts...I'm interested in designing and building these but if I don't sell at least 5 sets then the R&D process and building the jig isn't worth it for my time spent.

    Feedback?

I like this Idea a lot. I'm going fully built block Turbo and will need these if possible

I'm in depending on the price. Would there be a tranny mount to go with them for the 5 speed?

Don't think the benefit here would be as big as for the 4.0 V6.

2.7 is a much lighter inline motor that's wayyyy smoother than the V6 and has no torque that can twist on the mounts... Just my $0.02

The benefit only shows itself after hucking your truck and breaking one or both. There is only so much shock resistance a bolt through rubber will give you. Even 4 wheeling, you may fall down a rock and hit off camber, and then the sheering weakness presents itself.

    You are correct though,
If you have a daily driver that doesn't see any extreme conditions, it is an absolutely worthless idea.

At that level you'll need a full cage including engine cage, solid tranny mounts and tons of gusseting anyway! Would love to see your build!

On the other hand since the 2.7 is so smooth solid motor mounts should not result in as much cab vibes as the 4.0 gets
