Opinions Please - Mag Grey w/ Anthracite TRD FJ Rims

I've got a set of brand new anthracite TRD FJ Special Edition 16" rims that I had on my silver streak '09. I have a mag grey '10 now.

Do you think the anthracite rims will look weird since they closely match the mag grey body? I've been thinking about selling the FJ rims and just putting new tires on the 17" Sport rims. I like the contrast between the silver Sport rims and the mag grey body now.

Here's a pic of my old truck with the FJ rims on it. It'd be awesome if someone could do a photoshop color adjustment to get it to look mag grey. Haha looking for a rep point whore!

I have MG 2010 DC, and I think that wheel would look great with this color...

I got a 2009 DC LB sport. Mag Grey w those wheels. Looks like it should of when it left the factory. Also the grey on the rims is not an exact match to the truck but what could you do.

 

It'd look like ass, give them to me instead.

Thanks! +rep! This seals the deal...they look really damn good. After I put the lift on I'm going to get 265/75s for these TRD rims. Just need a warm(er) weekend to get out there and do it.

 

go ahead and sell the rims to me for say...$400. They look horrible on the mag grey!!!

 

I think they would look good! I have already seen the same exact truck with the same exact rims on TW somewhere and it looked really good actually!

I have a mag grey, give them to me and I will drive around with them on and let you know what people say. I will even post up some pictures so you can see if you like it.

I like them! I have set of silver FJ wheels just like them on the way and I am powdercoating them black like the trail team wheels. That is always an option for you also.
