lol you should've seen some by now. I've read that only specific stops give 10k so once you do get one try to remember that stop so you can go back. I guess none of your regular stops are lucky enough to give a 10k...

I'm level 28 and I've probably had 20 10ks but I haven't seen one since the halloween event

Do you recall where you heard about some stops giving 10k eggs and others not? I've noticed some stops will tend to spit out eggs in general where others I've never received an egg from.... I'm not sure if it's just a fluke, me going crazy or part of the games coding. Have also noticed some seem to give more 10k eggs than others but thought that was just random luck.

 

silphroad, other players, etc...I think the confirmed stat is 4% drop rate from stops for 10k but I do think some stops do not drop eggs at all and some stops only drop 2k or 5k. It probably just comes down to dumb luck though

 

I've hit way to many stops to tell which one drops a 10k or not. And now I don't play enough to care

 

I just hit level 30 yesterday and that was kind of the goal for me since that is the cutoff for max CP catching potential. I already feel much less inclined to continue playing now until something cool like gen2 comes out. Still haven't seen or hatched a snorlax yet so there is that, but doubt it's enough to keep my interest.

 

They are color coded now to 'make it easier' aka niantic still doesn't know how to fix the tracker so they keep adding other dumb features instead...

I'm to the point now where I log on to catch my 1 'mon and spin 1 stop for the daily bonus and if I have some other free time I may hunt around a bit but not going to play near as much as I did before. I spent so much time yesterday building up gyms just to have them all taken down before I could claim my loot. They made taking down gyms way too easy where you get -4000k pp per battle when before you were lucky to get close to -2000k

 

I'll probably be out of balls by tonight, with this time change I'm not out walking after work (afraid of monsters in the dark) and I can't hit the poke stops in motion anymore unless I'm at a red light. Hit level 30 yesterday and see that it'll now take 500,000 XP for 31.... looks like this will soon be deleted since there's not much of a return on investment.... no end game if you will.

I agree with this, it increased the gym turnover but that's no-bueno if you want to camp there and collect your spoils. If everyone is a gym boss then nobody is a gym boss.

First gym fight in months got it down and im on top and freakin google play has stopped workin and i cant collect

 

The turnover rate on gyms are ridiculous. Id be lucky to hold a gym for an hour out here in SF

 

Yeah i wont hold it long. It was a level 3 and i beat it twice to knock it off. 2 vapes and a snorlax the first time then just the snorlax the 2nd.

 

I have 63 fainted pokies. 17 revives and 287 various potions. I hate this game

 

and i thought i had it bad with 3 fainted and 30 revives lol

 

Don't let them faint. Switch before they faint. Just saying

Forgot to come back and comment, but that is what I was going to say. I'm at the point now where I am only putting mid level (800cp-1200cp) pokies up knowing it is going to get taken down and I won't be able to revive them. I only stick my strongest CP (2000+) on gyms when I build them up and expect them to hold (I currently have 3 on lvl 10 gyms).

 

I only mess with gyms that are level 9 and a few battles away to where I can add my 2300+ mons on them. Lost too much interest in it lol

 

On my lunch break I sat in our cafeteria next to the gym here at work and thought I was crazy..... training at your gym only gets +50 on it?! I spent 30 minutes training just to get from 2,000 to 3,000. Crazy.
