I would go with the OR but wouldn't get either one of those if it was me. I don't like the color choices.

Your significant other must hate you when deciding on somewhere to go eat. If you don't care about the OR features, get the one that looks the best to you.

I have hill assist on my 2016 WRX. It is the worst invention in the world. Its for people who can't drive manuals. Lived in SF many years, drove manuals, no issues.

    OR all the way.

I heard that the scoop on the Sport adds a couple hundred horsepower. That and the TRD Pro intake.

This question can be answered by 2 answers.
Will you only be using this for transportation?
And a dirt (fire) road or 2 to camp and or play?
Or will you be using it to camp (somewhere) and go to the dirt, sand and other frequently ?

Spot guys no pun intended. Stock point of view the locker is more capable.

I was able to talk to the dealer on the OR and he quoted me $300 less than I was quoted on the Sport. And that is with no haggling yet. I'm sure I can get it down a little more on top of that. The Sport price I was quoted is as low as they'll go.

I'm leaning towards the OR as I'd be able to get more features for less money. The only thing I don't like about that is I have to drive 5 hrs for it, and I wish it had a color keyed bumper. It has the chrome one. I also kind of like the scoop in the Sport. But I really like the Inferno color and I can get the locker for less money. Overall, it's probably the better deal.

I use e-brake as will even though I have hill start.
Just doesn't feel right when using it.
    Edit: I'll be back.

Oops clutch start cancel is what I was talking about.
    Same principle though

Go with neither too many issues with these years, look at a Tundra for now and in a few years when hopefully all the issues are addressed then buy yourself a Tacoma. Just my 2 cents from someone who's been having many problems.

I've considered a Tundra as well. I have a RAM 1500 now so it'd be nice to keep the power and capability of the full-size. I was looking at the Taco because I like the looks, manual trans, and size/gas mileage. I don't really care for the looks of the Tundra for the most past, but I've been trying to find a 2013 Rock Warrior in black as I do like those ones.

What issues have you had with your Tacoma? Is it a 16 or 17? I'd be going with the manual transmission so would avoid all of the auto trans issues people complain about.

If you have terrible roads like we have here in PA, and aren't going to rip out the suspension + lift it to the sky on day 1... OR all day long. The taller sidewall tires and softer suspension rule the frost heaved, potholed disaster I drive every day. THe sport felt like it had too much rebound - it does not like long patches of small, fast bumps.

Plus, no goofy fake hood scoop blocking your vision and you get a bonus locking diff thrown in for good measure.

I'm in Western NY so yeah, pretty harsh winters and rough roads. Honestly, I kinda like the hood scoop from an aesthetic perspective. Obviously not functional, but to each his own.
