    yes. complete noob. but question is do i need new lift springs to use with the 5100's? or can I just install the bilstiens and not have to worry about putting stress on any other suspension parts?

    Im looking for a 2in lift in front to level out with rear. And I might add an aal in rear as well

    I also have a 2004 Dcab prerunner trd automatic 4cyl. thanks

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    You can lift with the shocks only.

    sweet deal. now I know they are adjustable to 2.5in Is this recommended? and will this sacrafice ride quality?

    They lift by pre loading the OEM springs. The more pre load, the more firm the ride.
