@mahaloTaco you have completely and fraudulently misrepresented this entire group buy by:

    1. Stating that a minimum of 50 signed up and paid before being ordered and shipped.
"Once 50 People Sign up, I can place the order and they will be shipped out to you." (Post #1 August 5)
    2. Stating that "October 1 is the worst case scenario" when we will get these snorkels (Post #441, August 30)

If you are using @tcBob as a character reference, then I believe @tcBob should look at this and provide input. STRINGING US ALONG HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH.

I'm already trying to figure out in my head what can be done legally to get this taken care of.

Both posts are quoted below to maintain integrity of what was stated by you:

So since I joined this after the original 50 I am SOL? I want my money back. @mahaloTaco

So can we get a refund? Is that too much? I'll gladly pay an extra $35 to go somewhere else. Shit I even see the safari snorkels are starting to become instock albeit more $$

Does someone have contact information for Airflow corporate?
Maybe we can contact them to issue a complaint or many complaints about this.

Yeah I was thinking everyone involved in this group buy that is at all concerned about getting what they paid for should make an attempt to contact Airflow and maybe get the wheels turning before they completely fall off this shit show.

Make sure when you call you have the order number, the persons info who ordered it, the quantity ordered, and all that jazz so it doesn't get confused with the previous shipment or the third potential shipment (after the second 50 unless the whole 100 is a one time deal to include our 50)

Also, not sure if a tracking number will do anyone any good. I've ordered stuff from China off eBay and it says "departed Whatever crap city in China" for like a month. Just thought I'd throw that out before a tracking number is found and it says "departed" Australian outback" a month ago and this Lynch mob starts emailing the port authority in Australia or the Australian government or embassy.

Here's the thing. If it only took 50 to get the group buy done and that barely happened why the hell would you commit to another 50?!? I get you we're trying to hook people up. But it was not told to anyone that the new rules were 100 paid before anyone gets theirs. As with the lack of info and the turn this group buy has made nobody in their right mind would send payment for the remaining spots.

We dont have an order number. We were all going through @mahaloTaco, under the assumption that he would fulfill delivery. And now its past the time, we have no updates besides, "he will get something this afternoon". I don't think that we can get any updates from Airflow unless we have an order number.

Hey @Rhyno - where did did this come from? I don't see it in the thread?

Hey guys so the supplier, Michael at Airflow, just forwarded me the emails some of you guys sent to him asking if I was scamming you or not.

I can see where you are coming from, but I do not appreciate that.

It is very frustrating how no one can seem to trust me.

I won't mention names but I am the retailer for this group buy so therefore I am who you need to contact.

Michael is a busy man and runs a huge business which caters to many types of vehicles. He doesn't need to deal with some Tacoma customers.

I can now confirm that this will be my first and last group buy as I feel disrespected and frustrated.

This Group Buy has taken time away from my life, my career, and my family.

Actually it was stated quite clearly by mahalo that all 100 would be shipped to him once 50 were paid for and those paid for would be shipped to the payees once received without having to wait for the remaining snorkels to sell.

I know this. I just posted it because I'm sure someone will call or email requesting information and Airflow most likely will say "sorry mate, we can't just go giving out people's shipping information and such. We might find ourselves in quite the pickle."
