Well I'd put away 7+ of those a night, so in the end drinking Evan meant I could afford another drink! I was in college, so every dollar (and drink!) mattered.

 

Freakin' pre-madonnas too. I drink Coors light most the time

I friggin wish I could drink beer. Apologies to most of y'all on here but I just stick to the hard stuff and try to kill my liver that way. Might show it who's the boss and punish it some tonight after I get home.

 

I had the same problem with whiskey. I can't keep whiskey down very well to this day.

That shit is like beer flavored water.

 

A splash of Orange bitters in a root beer with a wedge of lemon is pretty good, if you're a teetotaler.

My cheap beer is Miller High Life, because it's what I drank in high school and the nostalgia makes up for the fact that it's horrible.
Mostly for beer I drink Sebago or Shipyard. I used to be a devoted Sam Adams guy, but I'd rather support Maine breweries now that Sam really doesn't need my help staying afloat, lol.

 

Yes, pretty much. I used to be a beer snob just like you, then I took up ice fishing about 15 years ago. There I met the most professional drinkers in my life. These guys would hit the ice at 5:30 AM and start drinking. They would kill a 30 pack of light beer before noon. EACH. Fucking amazing. I learned why the serious drinkers always drink light beer. I'm not kidding, this one guy named Tom was about 6'-8" and probably 400 lbs. He would be bumming my beers by noon time and he always showed up with a 30 pack in the morning.

Plus a 30 pack at Wally World is like $17.99 when it goes on sale. You learn to love it.

No, not a beer snob, just a ball buster I'm not really a fan of beer in general. When I do drink it, I tend to lean towards wheat beers and there are some fall and winter beers I like also (so if I do drink beer, I guess I'm a beer snob). I'm a fan of hard ciders. When I was in college, we used to drink Milwaukee's Best Light. When it was on sale, you could get a 24 rack for $4.99!

 

That's why I started drinking High Life, originally. A 30 rack of beer for $10? To a high school kid it was a no-brainer.

 

Ha, I try to be positive but I was biting my tongue so hard with the cop that gave me my only speeding ticket.

In the end I got nasty and won, though. City ended up changing every single school zone speed limit sign because of me. I smile every time I drive by one.

 

If I have a drink at my house It's either my 14 year old Glenffidich scotch, Jameson Select Reserve, or Maker's46

Iv been on a woodfords kick for awhile and I have a bottle of hibiki that's a good dessert type whiskey.

 

Anyone remember Black Label? Total crappy beer but that was what my friends would drink as teens
