    Blend up a single serving of what you want and weigh it to find out how big a scoop you need. Or measure it out with measuring spoons.

    If it's all powders I feel like if you mixed it up well enough that it'd be pretty evenly dispersed. Unless some ingredients tend to clump up I'd just do it that way and not overthink it.

    I've been going with at least 2 meals in me. I think the scoop is just too big, I get a quick buzz from it and then the crash comes with a queezy feeling...

    In other news, I just reran my macros and I am way off which would explain the lack of gainz over the first 10 days. Have to tweak it now. What is a good high fat food that doesn't have carbs or protein? Does that even exist?

    Ok Crisis averted. I need to add 1/2 cup of Avocado/day and switch from Skim to Whole milk and I nail all my goals. :muscleflexing:

    If it's mixed properly you won't have to worry about that. Two for measurements you'll have to take the weight of each supplement you're adding and the flavoring weight add them all together and divide by the number of servings. So let's say you have 30g of creatine, 30g kool aid, 15g of caffeine, 25g of beta-alanine. So you have 100g total of supplements. You want to have to have 5 servings of this mix. So you'll mix it all together extremely well (throw a tiny tiny bit of cinnamon in there so you can see its mixed well) then put 20g of the mixture in your shaker and done.




    (FYI: I literally just dug that out of my ass but it makes sense so if you kill yourself it's not on me. BLAME THE INTERWEBS)

    Lol the cinnamon threw me off a bit but that makes sense. I'm going to do individual servings the first few days until I get the exact pump/tingle combo I want before I make a big batch

    I might go without a pre 1 or 2 workouts out of the year, but if I don't have headphones, I don't even go to the gym (which is why my truck is equipped with my headphones, charger, as well as backup headphones).

    The only time I won't take a pre is if I'm doing something low key like yoga

    I live less than a mile from my gym currently so I've made the trip back to the house numerous times for the headphones. I can't lift if I can hear myself breathing and I hate being exposed to random conversation with strange. Headphones mean Leave. Me. Alone.

    Same. I'm about 2 miles from my gym. Our gym usually has college girls working, so it's almost always pop music playing and I just can't lift with that shit in my ears. I need my Dr. Dre and Metallica. Also, headphones are the universal sign of "don't fucking talk to me"....only time I ever even acknowledge anyone else's presence is if there's a hot gym sloot in the gym.

    I will literally avoid eye contact with that person and continue with what I am doing until they walk away. I know I'm being a dick but I don't pop my preworkout to stand around and chat with the jitters and sweats :notsure:
