:annoyed: So my 2010 Tacoma was supposed to be delivered next Thursday, 2/4. Today I get a call from the salesman, and it's looking more like 2/13. He stays it's b/c Toyota has so much going on with the recalls and all. How can it affect my truck being delivered when it's not involved in the recall?!?! I want my Tacoma! :annoyed:

I'm sure Toyota is bringing all their resources to bear on the recall problem. So while the Tacoma may not be on the recall list, their staff is probably changing gears for a while.

I know, I'm just so ready for my Taco...ordered it 11/30 and been stuck driving my wife's grandfather's '93 Ford F150 around since I sold my old truck on 12/15. I've got a garage full of stuff ready to install and am just counting down... Just needed a place to vent!

It took me about 6 months to get my truck, I can relate. I remember seeing my truck at the dealer in the service lot waiting for PDI. It was agonizing waiting for it to be ready.

Yeah, this is my "last hurrah" before I become a father in August, so my wife gave me the green light to do it the way I want to do it. So I'm taking her up on it before she changes her mind! :burnrubber:
