yup. It sucks to drive that far but that is the only place I can take the classes I need. I can take them at ASU but the instructor is the same but the cost is not

Oh ok, I thought it may be one that I hadn't been to yet. I visit family every year and we try to find good BBQ spots. I haven't tried Lil miss BBQ yet. I like Dillons and Shane's a lot.

Lil Miss is the best ive had here in AZ. There is a reason why there is an hour wait and they sell out usually in 5 hours.

Just sayin'... if you want big turnout, you'll get that more in town. If it's a wheeling meet, that will limit some of the newer or more timid folks.

I'm game for either though. It's been a while since I've seen a bunch of you. I work in a cave now, far away from society. I need to reintegrate into the world :anonymous::annoyed::pccoffee:

I'm thinking it needs to be a parking lot meet but that's my opinion

The point of the spot off bush highway was that people had the option to drive up there on the highway, which in its own right is a cool ass drive, and we could get together a little offroad group to meet there.

If were going to park in a parking lot might as well take over the pavilions on a Saturday night.

Down for any Sat during January. I like the Bulldog idea, but I gotta agree that turn out will be lower with a trail. A lot more fun though:bikewhoops:

The Parks office to reserve the permit is in Chandler off the i-10 and Chandler. They are are really easy to work with. You tell them the spot you want and the day and they get it setup for you. If I remember the one I picked was the biggest and the permit was about $120 for the day.

The area that Cliff suggested is beautiful and a huge lot. Easy access to Butcher, Bulldog and Sycamore for those that want to play.

Sure its eastside but where on the westside does something like this exist?

Papago is nice but Alex had to take donations to make it work. Getting people to chip in isnt that easy.

I'm all for the river spot. I haven't been back there in years, probably since going tubing, and would make the drive.

Whoever makes the plan is going to choose their side of town. It will decrease turnout if it's on the far edges of the metro area. As a salesperson wanting to reach more customers, I would assume a higher turnout would be better for marketing your brand though.
