I think you should reverse them front to back. Front suspension lift equals less track width, maybe spindle lift not so much.

Put my winter wheels and tires on...

We are expecting our first major winter storm overnight and I don't feel like driving in the snow tomorrow with bald BFG AT KO's with 70k+ miles on them that barely passed (was advised to replace) safety inspection a few weeks ago!20161116_170015.jpg

Yeah. Just need some spare time. It needs a new battery, a carb rebuild, and timing adjustment and it should breathe fire again. It only has about 70k original miles on it.

She dreams of doing a frame up restoration on it someday with her dad and then making it a show truck.

A guy i work with is selling his f100, I picture a badass Resto project but I know know I don't have the time or skills to make it what I'd want it to be. So I'm too chicken to take the project on. Would/could be sweet though.

Same here ...a full resto is way outside my comfort/skill zone. I'd just be happy if it ran and I could pull it out of the garage for more room to work on other projects or clean the garage once in a while! lol

I agree! When I ran a full 3" lift, the front wheels were noticeably further sucked in to the wheel well and would have required a thicker spacer than rear to even out the track width.

Yeah usually a 3" lift you can run 1-1.25" spacers on the front and look basically even with the rear.

That looks really good! I'm liking the 4runner rims. What tire size/lift are you running?

Finally finished my puddle/courtesy lights. I attempted to install them last Saturday but I ended up shorting out the body ECU in the process. Ended up buying a used Cabin Fuse box and switching out the circuit boards. My truck is a 2012 and the donor box was from a 2006. Everything seems to be working fine now except my truck doesn't make the beep sound when I lock or unlock the doors. Kinda like it..... Last thing I need to check is if 4WD engages, the donor box was 2x4, but I'm hoping the cabin ECU has nothing to do with the 4x4 switch.
