It will be interesting to watch what the new administration does with the pot laws in WA and CO.

At least in WA, the tax revenues from sales is adding almost 1b$ annually to the state's general tax fund. Lawmakers here have become addicted to that income.

Possession, distribution and sales are still federal crimes.

 

I know your set on Boise, but you should give Bozeman or even Kalispell a quick glance. Lots of engineering firms in those towns. They are pricey, but nicer areas to live in.

Ya, Denver has blown up. I used to want to live there as I was graduating school, but not anymore. Its ridiculous how packed it is and the prices are insane for housing.

 

They need the cash, won't be long before its legal and taxed in every state

I called on this someone stole the carburetor and the fiberglass roof isn't the best. No idea what would be involved to repair the roof but I'm guessing not worth the time to chase down all the leaks.

 

Interesting. Yeah it's nothing I would buy in the near future but later in life I could see myself revamping one to sell as a tiny home kind of thing, just for the fun of it and to challenge myself.
