That's all it is, bad news is better then no news.
And the fact that he said we would have them October 1st an here we are mid way through November and he still hasn't said where they are.

I missed that post. Does that even mean that Airflow shipped them out?

No fucking way he will be selling 40 more. Not with the negative attention this thread had gotten.

    stock
what does selling the other 40 have to do w anything?

    the GB needed 50..not 100.

the cost per snorkel is the same as the previous group buy, so i doubt its because they're trying to break even.

i dont see a problem with 40 snorkels left over. Thats why you have stock

I have been working my little ass off to cover the extra snorkels that need homes before the remaining can be released.

I just wanted to help the people of Tw get a better deal and that's what I did before and that's what's happening again.

You could have gone to ok4wd.com or whoever you please but you chose the group buy (thank you).

I WANT to have time to reply to all your questions, PM's etc so the main concerns I am understanding is:

    Where are the snorkels?

On a ship or in Long Beach Port waiting to be picked up.

Holidays import/export is my guess why I have no update.

When should we expect to receive them?

To be determined. I know that's lame but that's the truth and I'm not going to give false hope.

    What's up with you MahaloTaco?

New Job. No life. Rarely Surfing. Never get to have fun in my truck anymore but I have faith this job will lead to a good position.

Are we waiting on the remaining snorkels to sell before the others are shipped out.

    Long story short; Yes.

All spots must be filled before I can release any snorkels.

However, I am working my tail off to make sure your snorkels are in your hands sooner than the spots are filled.

Please understand guys, I am doing what I can.

I didn't mean any attitude, it just really sucks to log in and see negativity.

So sit back, listen to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AO9909uexu8&sns=em and please understand these are just snorkels.

Again, I mean to present no attitude nor incoinveince anyone.

    Mahalo

He may be a great guy. I appreciate him running the GB to save us all some money. But he needs to let us know what is going on. Not post twice and disappear again.

Thank for the update finally Max. How did the situation change? We were told after the first fifty were sold that you would be ordering the snorkels and they would ship to us as soon as you got them.

I'm sure he's doing his best to get the best answers he can I deal with shipping in and out of the country and needless to say customs is a bitch and will hold every boat being imported just to take their sweet ass time checking shit in. I get shit from Hawaii in 7 days but don't receive it for 25 days it's bull shit

    Everything TW members recommend
Again, I restate that you have completely/fraudulently misrepresented this Group Buy:

Yes, we could have gone with ok4wd, but we didn't, because you stated Oct 1 was worst case arrival and that 50 confirmed paid TW members were needed, so we made a reasonable choice to go with this GB.
    But you fucking MISLED US.

If you said it would be on a slow boat from across the world, and that it might take a long time at customs and that you had trouble with this same thing in your first GB, then maybe we could have made a different choice. But no, you chose to fucking mislead us.

Then what the fuck does this mean in your original post...
Once again. YOU FUCKING MISLED US!

So the deal changed. The first 50 where gonna get the snorkels. Now the first 50 won't until all second 50 are purchased?? That's messed up...
I appreciate @mahaloTaco for trying to save us money. I really do.
My question is, what's stopping you from releasing them? Airflow? If enough of us contact airflow can we change their mind on this issue?
To me personally, driving around promoting airflow snorkel, getting people to look at it and want it, is how you finish selling the second batch. By letting us advertise it.
