    Is that even possible? In order for that to happen they would have to have shipped those across the Pacific in good faith he would pay.
    I have yet to see any actual evidence they were ordered. In fact I'm lowering my standards so low now, I would just like to see a receipt that they were indeed ordered, and I damn well know they would have provided that in some form or another.

    I dont think Paypal can do anything if payment was sent Friends and Family. Even if sent as payment for goods and services, we (as buyers) would only have 45 days to make a claim.

    I dont know how to proceed as myself, except waiting. But if someone were to start legal action, I would join/support them with as much info as I can provide

    Hard to believe he's "so busy with work," and "has no life" outside of the hectic world of retail surf board sales.

    Probably because he used to work at a summer camp teaching surfing.
