They do for the most part. Now the overall weight of the truck may alter the lift you see.

    Can i get you opinion,
I purchased 5100's with 888 coils, but i have the extended 5100's and a 1.5 deaver aal. Do you think it will be ok with the 5100 extended shocks or should i get the regular ones.

For a 2wd you can do spindles and 4wd there are drop bracket lifts.

I have the 3rd gen 5100s and I set the fronts to the 2nd setting .65, I also put the 5100s on the back with no additional lift.
My centre of hub to fender is 21 inches front and back depending on amount of gas in the tank. It sits level or with a slight rake to the front.

Did you use your stock coils>
What are these selling for,in the exact configuration you used.

Can you tell us a little more about the ride difference? Harder/softer, body roll, etc.?

Not yet, maybe a 2018 if they ever have the TRD off-road double cab with the 6 foot box here in Canada.

I could bring one in now that they are made in Texas, but the exchange isn't great. 36 grand USD is 50 G CDN
Toyota Canada would probably not honour warranty as well
