Apparently doesn't know what "oversized parking" means.

If both myself and the person parked next to me are in our spots, but she swings her door open into the side of my truck despite there being plenty of room, is it still considered asshole parking?

I shit you not you can't get a dui on a horse in Montana. There was a drunk driving commercial with a person going home on a horse and it was a big deal. Can't get one on a bicycle here either. They aren't considered vehicles.

The rule is basically anything powered by a living thing is not a vehicle. But we have a lot of bike paths etc around here too.

I freaking LOVE that I work for an organization that takes such a firm stance on being an asshole. It is truly a place where "we" comes before "me."

You don't work for Dell do you? That sorta looks like one of the lots I saw when I took a factory tour.

Nope, though we must keep a lot of their people employed - there's only about 1,000 Dell servers in my building. I work for the VA.

Not sure why you're quoting me. I didn't say anything about DUI in Montana. Nor did I say it's a blanket law over the entire US.

Keep in mind that even though DUI is specifically covered i language for Montana that prevents the application to horseback, numerous other laws can apply.
