    Just finished my install. Turned out great. Used a small screwdriver to pop the covers and help with the map lights. I wouldn't recommend using a screwdriver to pry glass bulbs out but it was all I had on hand. No blown fuses, no flickering lights! A couple times I had to pull the leds back out and turn them around but they all worked great! Thanks OP!

    Not happened for the 3rd Gen yet. I've been on and on and on about trying to get the hookup for 3rd gens but it hasn't happened yet unfortunately. I don't understand the hold up because its just a little different bulb size but it seems to be difficult for some reason.

    I reread Kevmeistah21's post about his dome light not putting as much light as his map lights and the color being different. I think I may have the same issue. The dome light is notably more blue than the maps. Now there is a difference in the plastic covers of the two, but the output amount and color difference is easily seen.

    @MedlinAround -- are there markings I can look for on the dome light to indicate what color they are?

    Folks,

    Those with a 2013 (in case the plastic covers differ throughout the 2nd gen range) - does your dome light color mostly match the maps?

    There I'd going to be a small difference in the lights because of the output of the readings are much higher and the covers are slightly different, so the color isn't exact. However, Kevs is pretty much way off lol.
