I put a 3in lift on my taco. I had vibs in the rear end and i think i fixed it by installing a Carrier Bearing Drop. I also just got my front diff drop from toytec. Should installing this help from damage to my front end? Who has installed this after a lift and who did not? Is it a must. Next ? UCA do i need to start saving for this upgrade also? What are the best UCA for the $$$$$$

yes they do decrease wear in the CV axles because they arent at such a high angle opposed to not having them, i would highly recommend putting them on, its only 2 bolts and will save you some $ in the long run. i put them on my truck when i put my 3" lift on

They ought to call them a diff tilt spacer instead of a diff drop kit. Keep everything on your front end at 2.5 in and clearance what is needed and everything should be kosher. Most aftermarket skids wont work with the diff drop installed. The point has been argued in depth.

Personally, I wouldnt install it unless you have vibes from the front. It only changes the angle at most 2*. Many people have had vides happen AFTER installing the diff drop (tilt)

Well I did the install this afternoon and i think you are right chris. I seem to have a very slight vib at about 20 to 25mph give or take. I hope i will get my tires this weekend and they will def. make the ride a little ruff. Should i take the Drop''tilt'' off or just leave it be.

If there were no vibes before, I would take it out.
