Just do kinda of a stripe, starting narrow in the front center of the hood getting wider going back up the center but follow the raised lines in the center of your hood by the skewp and leave the outer ends the hood silver. I would also continue up the roof between the roof rails, leaving the tops of door silver to accent the SATIN BLACK vinyl. Kinda like this guys..... https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/black-out-the-hood.298116/

I like that idea. How ever I'm wanting something more popping. It's nice simply design. I might consider it if I can't find anything else

My shop guy mentioned carbon fiber too silver and doing a line up the middle following the body lines.
Are you saying do the whole hood and leave the hood scoop silver?

yeah i'd do the whole flat center section all the way to the grill following the body lines and then cut out around the scoop and leave it silver. so the center would be carbon fiber with silver on the 2 outside sections and the scoop. it would look good, be different, and not too much

I've thought about doing at least the center section of mine in flat black. Sometimes the sun glare on the scoop is pretty bright.

I'm wondering how the edges of the vinyl would hold up on a section like your pic above. Eventually the cut edges would start to lift I think. Wrapping the hood fully would most likely last longer but it might not look quite right.
