    Here's my understanding.

    Last group buy was bigger than the 50 people cap. He originally was going to cap this one at 50 also but with 70 people saying they wanted one he waited for it to get to 100 (since you have to order in bundles of 50 from Airflow.)

    He said he was placing an order for 100 but idk if that means he paid for all 100 or if that was him just telling Airflow he was going to need 2 orders instead of 1 as originally planned. I'm guessing if he's able to cut it back to 50 then they haven't even left Australia yet.
