Pretty nice. I tried getting a pic but didn't want to be obvious.

This happened this morning. Gas light came on at 283 miles, I pushed it to just over 300 to get to the gas station (Kroger for discounted gas). Haven't done the actual math but obviously with bigger tires it's actually more than that. Let's say I was a little nervous about running out.

I'm getting a refund. Works for me, as soon as I get it I'll be ordering from a website that has them for only $17 more.

At least it's going to work out for you, don't give that guy any money that's for sure. I hate that I ended up going through him. I would've paid 100$ more for the damn snorkel to know he didn't get the money.

I didn't know any of this when I got in. I would have purchased elsewhere had I known.

If you've got time to blow it's worth a read through. Long story short the guy running the GB made statements that didn't happen, appears to have over ordered on snorkels and saying people need to buy them all before he sends any out. He's had everybody send him money and nobody has received any info on getting their snorkels, but the guy apparently made a large profit on the first GB so he bought a Supercharger. Then this GB after he received payment he happened to get fiberglass fenders and something else I think, but doesn't seem to have the money to pay Airflow for the total snorkel order now and isn't getting on TW to talk to anybody so TCBob has gotten involved and having to fix it all. It's a major shit storm.

    Options
TRD OR = Pros. elocker. Cons. black fender flares.
TRD Sport = Pros. hood scoop, and color matched fenders. Cons. no locker
SR5 Base = Pros about 4k cheaper. Cons would not want to drive it stock for even one day.
Which one would you buy? (the color will be quicksand)

I have read a ton of threads on here on this topic, just wanted to see what the local guys thought. Is that locker worth it?

Me personally? SR5 Base and mod the hell out of it. Choice 2? OR for locker.

I'm so happy with my OR. I won't buy any other one. ATRAC and the rear locker make all the difference.
