Just talking to someone I know and this topic came up I never really thought about before. Ok so both our teams have not won a cup since 67 so basically never to me. I was just thinking about what it would feel like to have the lose in game 7 cup finals and then never make it back. Like honestly how did you continue to watch hockey after that. I dont think I could ever if the leafs did that. How does it honestly feel because I feel like I would smash my TV and never buy another one again.
There is no trolling involved because the Leafs have yet to make the cup finals in my lifetime

This is all I could think too. Then again he lives in Atlantic Canada so what do you expect . The worst he could do really is go bust up a few potato fields and lobster traps anyways. It wouldn't even make the news.

 

@maxpower29 , when Mitch Marner gets a point the Maple Leafs are 7-0-2 on the season. That scares me more than assures me. Once other teams figure out how to shut him down Bozak and JVR will be shut down and then there goes TO's dominant offense.

Yeah, Matthews is putting a lot of shots on net without the results he wants. I think that will change as time goes on. Nylander is fine, he gets sneaky points that no one notices unless they watched the game. He's a pretty complete player for his age.

The announcers initially thought Tryamkin's stick got Richardson in the eye the way he threw off his gloves and was clutching his face

 

So refreshing to see more people agree that soup can is overrated now. That was such a bad deal for the preds player wise, cap wise, and cash wise. Just awful
