Do you have cold feet in the winter?

Full disclosure: I don't work for Carhartt or have anything to do with them, but just wanted to share an experience.

I live in a 100 year old house and the floor seems to be 30 degrees colder than the rest and I always seem to have cold feet. I just bought Carhartt Men's Artic Wool Heavy Boot Socks and these are making my feet very happy = highly recommended + made in USA = quality + they come in size 11-15 for people like me with size 13 shoe. The only thing the Amazon site has wrong about the socks, is they gave the wool count as 68%, when the ones I got had 86% wool??

Yeah, wish I could get discounts on those items.

Does it get very cold in your part of Texas in winter?

 

Winter is when we get to see all the good videos of people wrecking and getting their 4x4 trucks stuck on small inclines.

Rarely. It snowed in 2005. Then last year it only got cold maybe a week

 

We had a mild winter last year and made it a lot more bearable, so I will accept some snow on Christmas, but wouldn't mind another one.

 

I like their heavyweight flannel shirts. I don't need a jacket with them but they are hard to find anymore.

 

Bullshit. I'm an EXPERT snow driver. Most people I met up north weren't.

I think Fred Meyer has them. Not 100% sure though. I'll check next time I go to town.

 

I was thinking of getting some Merino wool socks but maybe I'll try a pair of these as well.

 

Great socks. I've worn them for years.

 

Yeah, I almost feel like walking around the house with only the socks on, they are that comfortable/warm, but I don't want to wear them out prematurely. I know with me, when my feet are happy, I'm happy too.
