Yeah, those are the 6112 model Bilsteins. Their new, supposed to be beefy as hell. And they are half the price of King, Fox, Icon ect.

Unless it rides different, with the only suspension mod being 5100's, when I had it on 1.75" it was okay. Moved to 2.5" and I feel like im loosening bolts. Have to take speed bumps REAL slow lol.Hit a little bump or ditch in the road and the wheel will shoot left or right. You should be good <1.75" I wouldn't mind setting them on .85 with spindles, just concerned the tires will look to small and or the ride wont be to my liking.

Those would be sweet. The biggest advantage of having a true adjustable coilover is being able to adjust with a spanner wrench and fine tune your ride height. You can just jack up the front ( without taking the tire off ) and turn the collar on the coilover. Simple and easy

That is pretty snazzy, just not sure if its worth twice the price of those 6112's for me. I dont even know why i would want to be able to crank it up or down really. I mean, i like to tinker with stuff for sure. But who knows if i would need/want to

Is an alignment required after every adjustment?

Any time the front end height changes you should get an alignment.

Required? Probably not for 1/4" change.. but new tires cost a lot more than alignments do. Anything over 1/2" and I'd get an alignment.

6112s and Kings/Icon/Fox etc,. are totally different.

The brand new 8100 series Bilstein's are somewhat more comparable, but $1400-2000 for fronts.

    Eh.. they're a bigger bodied 5100.

If you want a nice coilover, you'll buy them and then still be wanting, and spent half the money needed for a quality setup.

I wouldn't get any adjustable C/Os if I was Chad.

6112s would be my top tier option.

Not.. there's just no real benefit to them if you're not going to be adjusting them, not going to customize valving, and not going to be needing the extra robustness they provide.

They're not without maintenance and fuckery, either. Higher end parts have higher end costs for initial buy in and for maintenance/repair. Not including down time to the truck, or time spent diagnosing/troubleshooting issues.
